There is a product called Zud that has always worked for me. It is a cleanser in a sprinkle can like Comet. Many grocery stores and hardware stores carry it.
Have you tried the Mr Clean miracle sponge? It really is a miracle, I found it cleans almost everything.
I Had used Lime-a-Away full strength. Works for me.
