How To Remove Paint From Just About Anything
Hi. Boy, trying to remove epoxy paint can be a real hassle and quite a job. Start by trying to lift an edge and see if you can pull it off in small sheets. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest ventilating the area VERY WELL and working in small sections use marine paint remover. Use a respirator -- not just a small mask -- and gloves. It'll take it off. Yeeks, what a job...
I put baby oil and left it for a day, then came back with a paint scraper little 1.5 inch blade and it came off easy.....no scratches.
If it is epoxy tub and tile paint I would use Kleen Strip paint stripper. Be sure to exhaust fumes out of bathroom window using a reverse fan, and wear heavy rubber gloves, goggles and respirator mask.
I have seen one video that used Citristrip which is non-toxic..... never had much luck with this product but give it a try..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjU-gEh9vMU
Then if its latex paint.... Goof Off removes, let sit on the area for 30 mins. before scraping.
Citristrip paint remover has worked well for me in many cases. I've not used it on a painted bathtub though. Try the stripper on a small area first as often times tubs have been epoxied rather than painted.
Citristrip is a non-toxic paint remover, follow package directions.
Use Citrus strip or something like it and a nylon scraper.
Hello, hope this helps you out.

Directly apply Goof Off to the dried paint, then simply wipe away with a cloth.
