First with a Q-tip fab a small amount of hydrogen peroxide on the burn. Scrspe with a small sharp knife any dark marks left. If that doesn’t remove the burn sand the board until burn is gone and reseal with mineral oil.

If it is wood - you might be able to sand it off, if not too deep.
Sand it down. There is no magic cleaner for wood cutting boards.
Sand it lightly with a fine grit sand paper.
