Put in a water softener.
Sadly I find drying my ss sink and squeegee shower area (especially the clear glass door) to be a part of upkeep with hard water concerns. Water softener would help if it’s in your budget.
You can use automotive wax, but the detergent will remove it so you have to do it often.
I use Bar keepers friend
I agree with V Smith. Once it's clean and dry apply auto paste wax to the sink. You can also try Rain X or similar.
