Try making a paste with hydrogen peroxide mixed with baking soda. Apply to the stain and leave on overnight.
Try a spray bleach cleaner like Clorox - my tub grout sometimes turns orange and that is what gets it out.
If the orange is from rust in the water, bleach will set the color. Don't use bleach or bleach containing products
