Orange or lemon oil not furniture polish but oil used for furniture cleaning. Even took a sticker off my car. Got all the adhesive didn't hurt paint!
WD-40 is the cheapest and easiest. Just remember to get it all up once the sap is removed. You don't want to slip on your tile.
