Plaster of Paris, one part plaster to four parts of water stirred to smooth paste. You want it thick enough to allow dipping but thin enough to stick to the flowers. I had to use two coats. If the plaster in your mixing bowl geta too thick while waiting for the second coat, add more water. Use white spray paint for the stems, and spray the whole dried flowers with a clear semigloss poly sealer to get the porcelain look. ☺️
