I want to hot glue small buttons to a candle holder

When I burn the candle, will the buttons melt or fall of? Thank you!!

When I decorate a glass that will house a candle, I use clear silicone because I have had that happen!

I would suggest a different adhesive as well. E6000 is a good choice. You can also use liquid nails if you are judicious with the amount of adhesive you put down.

AS for the buttons themselves, if they aren't too close to the heat source they should be fine.

As long as it's far from the actual candle, I can not see a problem.

if it is an area that heats up then it is bound to make its way off.
