I'd like to cover my aggregate flooring. Tearing it out or laying tile or carpet is not an option.

Aggregate flooring is river rock/pea gravel set in epoxy or epoxy modified concrete. You can use a polymer modified floor leveling cement to cover it. The floor would have to be really clean. Sweep the floor to remove any loose material. Wash it down with a mixture of 2 cups of vinegar, 1 gallon of water, and a few squirts of Dawn dish washing liquid. Dawn will cut grease and dirt. Vinegar will etch some of the stones (this is good). Make sure the floor is completely dry. Mix and pour the leveling cement and trowel it on to cover the floor. The polymers in the leveling cement will bond to the floor and the soupy mix will level itself. Available At Home Depot, Lowes, And Menards.

Once you've got it level, I highly recommend the Allure resilient vinyl plank flooring (sold at Home Depot). It's inexpensive, easy to install, waterproof, durable, looks fantastic, and can go right over the new, level concrete without needing an underlayment or anything special. Here's a picture of mine, which I did in a wood tone, but they also have ones that look like tile, etc. Good luck!
