Does anyone know of a non-manual caulk gun or some other method to apply caulk?

Check to see if they have it in squeeze tubes. If not you can cut open the one you use in gun & use putty knife or your finger. Good luck.
Use a paint scraper
I use MH Ready Patch. It comes in a can. You will still have to use a putty knife, spatula or some sort of tool to push it into the crack and smooth it over.
Can you use the toothpaste tube type squeeze caulk?
I just had the arthritis thumb surgery —I know how it feels.
