You could or you could leave it the natural color it is. Once you paint it you'll have to upkeep it; in other words repainted it.
I would because it would blend in. It would stand out if you used anything else.
I stained the concrete of my house foundation to better match my plants, and I made it blend better. I haven't had to upkeep anything in 5 years, but that doesn't mean that eventually I won't have to. Now I wouldn't ever paint the concrete, because foundation concrete gets more water wear.
I would, but that's because I could get the foundation painted more consistently than I would be able to keep up the maintenance of camouflaging plants and trees. If I could keep up, I would go with foliage. Best wishes 😇
