Mix 2 part epoxy to fill damaged area let dry then sand smooth and cower with chip repair paint at Lowe’s or Home Depot
A hole that big, I would use 2-part epoxy putty to fill the area level with the rest of the area using a putty knife. Let dry, wet sand smooth, and then get the porcelain chip kit to cover with epoxy white. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91C_795z18g
