Do you have good ventilation?
These are usually inexpensive and over time the glue on the back can cause them to break down. If you replace them, use a mild glue or double stick velco to secure.
That is largely dependent on the plastic or rubber used to make the bumper... and the environment they're in... what is your preferred cleaner? That can be part of your problem, too.
If they're the type that are partly inserted into a hole, you may need to shop for a direct replacement... I'd scrape or cut the offending ones off, and find an adhesive version. Get extras expecting them not to last like the originals.
The stick on ones, will constantly fall off. You may want to glue them on with a simple wood glue.
Due to environmental reasons, temp changes, chemical cleaners and what kind of plastic they are made of they can break down over time. They look like they are melting but are disintegrating.
