  • This is the tile in the shower/tub combo.
  • This is the back wall of the shower. The towel bar is broken off, so that needs to be repaired.
  • This is the wall above the toilet. My husband and I have removed most of the wall paper, but we still have a bit left to do. I'm leaning towards painting the room to flow with the bedroom.
  • This is the wall above the mirror. Not sure if i will replace the mirror or not.
  • This is the wall by the door to the closet.

Donna-since you aren't going to using this bathroom very much it would be a good ...»

idea to clean up what you have.

    1. I would suggest having a tile contractor replace the broken tiles first,

    2. Then re-grout that area

    3. Check to see if the caulking needs replaced

    4. Then clean all the grout with sulfamic acid or muriatic acid. The acid wash will cleanse the grout of dirt and it will break down any sealers that are left on the grout. 5. Then you will want to re-seal the grout with Miracle Sealants (Impregnator)
