    money. Many of my clients choose a tinted clear coat over the existing base for subtle adjustments. Lowes Home Improvment carries a product called "Polyshades" that can be brushed on but I always suggest professional spray applications for more even coverage.

    to pealing and damage, especially in kitchens where high traffic and water exposure is prevalent. Many of my clients choose faux finishing as a safe alternative to paper. More durable and customizable.
