Hi! My name is Jyn and I am a stay at home mom of 8 kiddos and a part-time photographer on the side. I'm always looking for creative ideas to simplify our home and lives! We absolutely love the house we have been renting, but found out recently (1/14) that the owner must sell. Because the house is in such a wonderful location and is so big, it's out of our price range so we are looking to move our family of 10 somewhere else. (boohoo!) For the first time, though, we are also looking at the potential of purchasing a home! Diving into the process of cleaning up credit, the rules and tricks of doing so and applying for a loan and most of all- looking for a house that is a good fit, the process can seem excruciating. Still knowing that we would have somewhere that is ours to form and mold around our large family is so exciting!
