Chippy Chair Rescue

One of my most favorite chippy chairs was broken to pieces by a wind storm. We held onto the pieces knowing we could find something to do with them eventually. My husband had a great idea ...»
and used the chair legs, a window frame and pallet boards to create a beautiful and unique side table!!!!

Numbered Stools

I love stools and I love numbers, so I combined the two and gave a couple of worn, forgotten stools a fresh coat of paint and some number love! Sometimes that's all that's needed for a major transformation!

Craft Room Redo

My craft room was becoming a little out of hand, so I worked for two days moving in some furniture, organizing and finding a place for everything! It looks so much better and I finally have space to create!

Barn Wood Shelves

Using barn wood and brackets that I stained and painted from Home Depot, I created a spot in my kitchen to display my ironstone collection. I think the dark color of the barn wood and the ...»
creamy white of the ironstone go together so beautifully!

Laura W I found the doors at the church where I work. They were headed for the dumpster so I ...»
took them home!! Kate, the weight of the doors, them all being hinged together, and the door across the top holding it all together is enough to keep the entire structure in place. We had 60 mile an hour winds the other day and the doors didn't even budge!!
