Turning an Old Grill into a Planter

Painting: does anyone know how to touch up black lacquer on kitchen chairs

chairs are in great condition just some scratces

    You can try touching up with regular latex or oil enamel using the tip of a sponge brush, touching only the chipped area.

    What about just using a permanent marker to color it in? That may show the least touch up mark.
