Looking for a architect to design an addition.

We currently have a backporch that we want enclosed. Our house is in the Clermont, Florida area, close to Orlando. Does anyone have any experience with a recent addition that we could obtain some referrals?

You might consider using some type of material between the framing membes on line or wire. ...»
That you can cover it when needed and open it when you don't. This would only provide shade it would not make it rain proof. hope this helps.

fly. Also if you have contractors giving you prices they are all looking at what you plan on doing. That way they should all be pricing it the same and not guessing. I could help you with the plans give me a call @ 407-877-6696

when getting prices for a remodel from any contractor it is best that you have a set of plans ...»
this way the contractor knows what you are wanting and if you have a few of them bidding they will all be bidding it the same way. All pricing apples to apples

It really depends on what you are wanting the room to be what type of porch you have how you ...»
want to enclose it wood frame or block. do you need to do any demo. Is what you have strong enough to surport the load you will be putting on it. If this is going to become condition space your finish floor will need to be 8" above finish grade here in Cen. Fl.
