Easy
I was browsing through one of my favourite stores doing what I call 'consumer shopping'. My intent is not to buy anything but just to look around for ideas and inspiration.
But when I came across some cute small glitter pumpkins that were not too pricey my browsing mode changed to buying mode. I wasn't quite sure how I was going to use them but when I got home and looked at the mirror above my fireplace mantel I had an idea and inspiration struck.
I used the pumpkins in a wreath I recently made for the fall season!
First I trimmed the leaves and glued them on the craft frame.
Then I snipped clusters of petals from the hydrangea blooms and glued them on top of the leaves.
The last thing I did was glue the pumpkins evenly spaced on top of the hydrangea petals. The final touch was to secure it to the mirror with a pretty coordinating orange ribbon.
