Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com on Dec 02, 2011It is not uncommon for contractors to limit their installation warranties if they are not involved in the purchase of the materials. The markup of the product is part of the warranty that they provide when the job is done. If they cannot mark up the materials you will find their install prices are much higher then if they purchase the material and install it.Helpful Reply

KMS Woodworks on Dec 02, 2011Its also a good idea to acclimate the material for some time in the home and to take moisture measurements of the flooring and the sub floor ...the floor should not be installed until these are in equilibrium.Helpful Reply
