I have to agree with you in that it looks like Gibson or Stanlaws - especially the Saturday evening post covers look a lot like it. I'm not sure about the signature, sorry. That's the biggest copy of the pic I can find and when I zoom, it gets distorted.

Praise God, I found it! Nichter, you have picked at my brain to get me started on a scavenger hunt which lead me to other sites and artists - and I finally found it under an artist by the name of Earl Christy. You guys are great. :)

Thanks, Flowerscapes! Green is one of my favorite colors - it's a very soft green. Yes, I would love any ideas or suggestions for it! :) I'm entertaining the idea of perhaps incorporating her into the bird mural - holding a bird or something of that nature.
