Basement crawlspace (with furnace in it) has very moldy smell.. Need REPUTABLE company to remedy, Any suggestions?

Patty, this is not complicated. See our column here: http://www.moneypit.com/article/basement-waterproofing-tips-0. Same advice applies for crawlspaces, just be sure to add a vapor barrier to the crawlspace floor. Definitely a DIY project!
