Thanksgiving Tablescape

Casual, rustic elegance is my favorite look. It is just what I wanted for Thanksgiving this year. You'll notice a mix of faux and real elements. It blends nicely with my mother's 1963 wedding china that she gave me a few years ago.
Now that my walls have gone from red to light neutral, the furniture really looks nice.
This thrift store art turned chalkboard is wonderful for words to celebrate the season. This little vignette is created with painted dollar store pumpkins, thrift store urn and craft store decor.
It's the perfect backdrop to showcase my mom's wedding china from 1963.
A thrift store basket holds a centerpiece of faux sprigs, painted dollar store pumpkins wrapped in twine, burlap pumpkins, pinecones from the woods and dried hydrangeas.
The colors work beautifully with the china. The charger/placemats are from Ikea.
I'm looking forward to celebrating the season with my family!
