Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com on Mar 06, 2013You know as a prior home inspector I look and wonder at many very old homes. They had no building codes, had no engineers, had no inspections, had little to no foundations, yet these homes still stand. And when I compare them to the new ones built today, with codes, engineers, inspections and are falling apart. I wonder where we went wrong....
