Primitive Christmas Candy Canes

For this craft you will need:
Plastic Candy Canes
Primitive strips of fabric
Scissors
Glue
I bought the plastic candy canes at Dollar Tree. You can buy six of them in a package. The primitive strips of fabric, I purchased on Ebay for $4 with no shipping! I also used my hot glue gun.

I bought the plastic candy canes at Dollar Tree. You can buy six of them in a package. The primitive strips of fabric, I purchased on Ebay for $4 with no shipping! I also used my hot glue gun.
Place a dab of hot glue to the fabric on the very end. Or you can place the glue on the candy cane.
Next, I took a small strip of the fabric and tied two candy canes back to back. And that's it! So easy!
I used several different patterns of primitive fabric and mixed the colors up, like the one in the picture above on the left. Or you can keep them uniform like the one on the right. Which one do you like the best?
