Amazing Improvements and Garages on Jan 03, 2012A very wide range. This week we are in Milton going darker with a cola stain. (Medium/Dark Brown with red highlights) with a plan to add additional brown highlights as desired. Note in the picture as to how all of the concrete character comes thru these transparent materials. Reach out and I can send you a color chart from the manufacturer as a starting point. You'll be amazed at how cost effective this type of flooring is.Helpful Reply

Design Time for Homes, Atlanta on Jan 03, 2012I love this finish for concrete floors in the basement, and appropriately in certain rooms for houses on slabs, even. Another cool thing to do before staining is score the concrete, so then it looks like tile.Helpful Reply

Peace Painting Co., Inc. on Jan 03, 2012Beautiful baby; no worries liking that. It's nice how every floor looks different. And for a basement, no problema if water ever gets in on that floor. CPHelpful Reply

Amazing Improvements and Garages on Jan 03, 2012Exactly ! Most of our clients have had to replace carpets ONCE. Never a problem in the future... Mop up the water and occasionally clean with a neutral cleaner. Keep a coat of wax on it and it will last indefinetely.Helpful Reply

Roger Ratkowski on May 29, 2013I recently stained my floor, but I am not getting the type of deep shine with the sealers. What did you use to seal/finish your floor?Helpful Reply

Debi Derman on Apr 15, 2014can you do this on a garage floor (concrete) that's been painted before - like 10 years ago. It's now beginning to peel or "pick" in spots and expose the concrete floor beneath. Would you be able to just "etch" it somehow and stain over???Helpful Reply
