My husband found this little end table on the side of the road with a "free" sign. It was solid wood instead of that pressed board so many things are made with these days so we didn't want to pass it up. When we got it home we discovered a wonderful pull out for drinks and a magazine rack on the inside of the door. SCORE! Originally we cleaned it up and added some little legs to give it some needed height and then spray painted it a royal blue to add a pop of color in our room. This time around we were ready to give it some more depth so we used some neutrals in a two-toned finish. Now it fits in and stands out wherever it resides. The power of paint, huh!
Here it is with it's chic new 'neutral' look
The before...looking pretty sad...but check out those good bones!
Our first makeover. Bold & Blue.
The after...chic and elegant two-toned look
