Patio Flower/ Water Garden
by
Gwen Gallagher
(IC: homeowner)
This is an inexpensive way to create a focal point on your patio and have the soothing sound of running water (in the pot to the right). I used clippings that I collected over the winter and placed in water to root for the outside of the water garden. I have placed vining plants at the back of the flower garden and placed smaller pots around it.

Gwen Gallagher on Apr 11, 2013I don't use rooting hormone, not even with the ones I put straight into soil. What kind of plants are they? That makes a difference.
