Looking at those pics I can see that this house needs some extra Insulation in the attic....It has the classic melted peak and Ice dam at the eaves. Cosmetic improvement like new flooring and cabinets are good but energy improvements like new windows and Insulation will help with the sale

It has all new windows insulation and the attic will diff get more insulation to many things going on just have'nt had the time yet
