DIY picture frame decor colors with your favor your favorite fabric
Me and my Niece need a way to say this is Taylor room. Took an old picture frame spray painted Red gloss paint (we used a primer first). Let it dry over night then we put a black glaze over the frame set to the side and let it dry. Then we took the orginal picture covered it with her selection of fabric and then re-mounted it and hot glued her initial on the fabric and viola.....Taylor's room.
