We HAD a Craftsman home and spent 10 years doing the remodel from basement to attic. When we found our 'dream" property I vowed to spend more time outside (gardening) then inside. HOWEVER - the bathroom was tired and worn and I am on an EXTREME budget these days! Thanks to Hometalk we have around $30 in this remodel of the guest bath. A few minor touches we are still working on which I will post when done :-)
I wont repaint the tub until summer...MUST have windows open for that one!
Floors were just..........yuck! And the cabinet is just press board...
Chalk painted the old worn cabinet (adding porcelain knobs today) Painted the walls and my 1st attempt at paperbag floors!
I will be looking for new rugs...and I think Im going to decoupage the door..But all in all..ITS SO much better!
FINALLY knobs are on! From omy old kitchen many years ago
My MOST fave project is my towel rack. Salvaged wood with crystal knobs from our old house that I dearly miss. And finally done!
Enjoyed the project?
Suggested materials:
- Crystal knobs (recycled)
