It's not recommended. Why would you want to do that?

Anything over ceramic tile is not recommended...be it more tile, vinyl, wood, carpet ..what ever. do you know if this tile is installed "on slab" of is there a wood sub floor in there somewhere?

There's carpet laid over the tiles and I have 3dogs that have destroyed the carpet and i can't get the odor out , the ceramic tile underneath is bluish marble Looking and very dated I need to get that carpet up ASAP just trying to find a really cheap fix for now , I'm not sure what's under the tile

Billie my tools of choice for removing tile are either an air chisel or Heavy duty floor scrapper. It depends on how firmly they are adhered. If it were my place I'd rip out the carpet then demo the old tile. Once the old tile was out I would make repairs / level the floor then set new tile.
