Book Page Entryway Walls

Our entryway had cheap, old, ugly paneling which made for a unpleasant entry into the house. Rather than tear it out and replace it, I covered the walls with vintage dictionary pages. See the before, during and after in the blog post. It's an inexpensive and easy way to improve ugly walls.
Old book pages make inexpensive "wallpaper" and it's an easy project to do.
Dictionary page & chalkboard walls give the entryway a vintage look for about $20.

LOL ~ I did this about 20 years ago! But I covered ugly 12" ceiling tiles in a small bedroom-turned office. I used wallpaper paste, and the pages have held up beautifully. One problem: the heat from the ceiling light loosened the corners of pages near the bulbs. As it is not visible with the glass covering, I've never done anything to it. Love your idea!!
