    looks like Amaranth (Celosia ) probably spicata.

    Kniphofia , or Red Hot Poker, or Poker Plant...comes in MANY colors and can get HUGE.... Ok never mind I believe Four Season Nursery is correct...

    Four Season gave you the correct answe. Lots of Celosia plants,

    great annual, tough takes the heat and sun, good for drying.
