Vinegar is becoming my favorite go to item for so many common tasks around my house and garden.
My latest discovery is using it for Athlete's foot infection.
All you will need is some vinegar (both white vinegar and apple cider vinegar works.)Place it in a deep Rubbermaid container large enough for your feet. Soak your feet in equal parts of vinegar and water for 15 minutes twice a day. Dry your feet thoroughly.
be sure to put your shoes in the sun to kill any fungus that might still be in them.
Follow up by adding vinegar to your washer and wash your socks on the hottest setting to kill the fungus.
Keep Repeating this until the infection disappears.
This procedure works because the acetic acid in vinegar fills the fungus and soothes the itching of athlete’s foot. See more:

Elizabeth Dwyer Simpson on Aug 11, 2014Have a swollen joint? Banged your knee, elbow, toe, back hurts? Whatever! Saturate paper towels or a towel with apple cider vinegar, place the vinegar soaked towel on the injured area, then cover that with plastic wrap in order to keep vinegar from wetting bed clothing, once again whatever, leave it on for as long as you can I usually do this over night. In the morning you will believe a miracle has happened. I've used this for broken toes, severely banged knee I could go on and on. I cannot tell you how many people I've told this to and now they are users of this method and have also shared this with their family and friends. Honest it works!!! Something to do with restoring the PH balance to the injured and swollen area. Would love to hear back from someone who tries it or hear from someone who knew this. E
