Studio 7, Atlanta - Concept development and Space Planning

I've been working on concept development, space planning and design for a soon to be opening Lounge Space in Atlanta called Studio 7. Will show you more picture soon but wanted to post some 'Work in Progress' pictures

The space will have subtle Jamaican influence. I had to work with the existing space making minimal changes. But the space has sure come a long way from what it was in January of 2012. Each piece of furniture was picked and designed carefully. The lights that you see in the bar area was custom made with used Coffee filters again a subtle Jamaican influence as the country is know for its coffee.

The place is also open for artists to show their art. Studio 7 will have great music, carefully crafted Jamaican food and an awesome place to hang out to Reggae music. etc.

Thank you Sheila. No, these chairs were special ordered, the custom upholstery did not fit the budget and was taking too much time finding furniture, so we stuck with new furniture pieces.

This is going to be gorgeous. I can picture this in my mind, and I think I see where you are going with it, and I love it. I t will be cozy, but cool, relaxing, but "the place to be" very elegant!!!
