Attracting Hummingbirds
Hummingbirds are amazing to watch, what I call free entertainment at home. They are easy to attract by growing certain flowers or by supplementing their diet with a light sugar syrup solution.

Dianthus, hummers are attracted to the deep magenta colour
Monarda or Bee Balm. Hummers love this colour too.
Aquilegia or Columbine is full of nectar for humming birds.

@Sensible Gardening We have the best time watching the aerial antics of the hummingbirds. They arrive in mid-March and stay at least until mid-October. We have loads of fun.
