Thyme is Easy to Grow and Easy to Use.

I use thyme in cooking almost daily. I have a large tub of it on my patio and when I need some I just clip a few sprigs and I am good to go.
What I love most about the herb is that it doesn't even need chopping. The leaves are so tiny, you can just strip them off and add them to casseroles or whatever need the spice.
Thyme is so easy to grow and comes back every year for me in my zone 7 b garden.
It loves the sun, can take drying out to a certain degree. Just about the only thing I need to do for it is to remove flowers if they form so that it does not get better. (this is true for most herbs.)
