To create your marimo moss ball DIY light bulb aquarium, start with an empty glass light bulb bottle with a screw on lid.
Begin by adding rocks or beads to the glass light bulb shaped bottle. You can use a funnel for smaller beads or rocks to help make this easier. Next add your stars or cabochons to suit.
Finally, place a Marimo moss ball into the light bulb bottle and fill with distilled water. Then screw on the lid.
Repeat this process for each aquarium you want to make.
To care for your marimo moss ball simply empty the water from the aquarium and replace with fresh water every 1-2 weeks. Keep out of direct sunlight.

The intro leads us to believe we can make these from repurposed light bulbs, when in fact they are made from puchased light bulb shaped bottles. Really cute though!
