What can I use or put on my flower beds to prevent and stop my neighbor's dog from pooping on them?

3po3 on Mar 25, 2011I sprinkled cayenne pepper and cut-up orange peelings in a planter that had become quite the litterbox for neighborhood dogs and cats. It worked perfectly. You have to re-apply regularly, particularly during the warm season, when you are watering the flowers.Helpful Reply
