Blooming in my garden now, coneflowers, hydrangeas, allium and even a few roses.

I put out cornflowers last year...late as replacements for the first round that died...and only 1 lived. I am not going to do any late planting this year. If they die, I will just let it go. Next year I hope to be more into the grasses. -

A few leaves on our otherwise-healthy lacecap hydrangeas have yellowed and fallen off. Is this the time of year when they will lose their leaves, or is there a problem I need to address? It's my first year caring for them.
