Paper Towel Tubes & Paper Flower Party Favors
Use paper towel or gift wrap tubes to create budget friendly party or wedding favors.
Cut small lengths of a paper towel tube and wrap in decorative tissue paper.
Fill the tubes with candy or other small items.
Secure the ends with tape and tuck into the tube. Add a ribbon if desired.
Add store bought or homemade flowers to each top.

I make paper rolls with bottoms to start seeds in buy wrapping newspaper all around a jar and a small piece of painters tape and pull the jar out, viola' . One the seedlings are bigger they can be transplanted into bigger papers or the garden with or without the paper pot. I take mine off and toss them in the compost pile. I got the idea from my grandmother in the old country and it is a lot cheaper and smarter then all those plastic starter kits. I will post a pic on a new thread next week.
