Cute Little Chairs
My mom referred a friend to me to refinish some furniture. She LOVES furniture and she has excellent taste. She picked up some cute little chairs and an adorable drop leaf table for her grandchildren to use when they visit. The chairs needed a little TLC. She likes wood finish, not paint so much, but might like one of the chairs painted red. Here are the first two.
This one needed a bath.
Sanded and partially treated with wood conditioner.
Stained with Minwax gel stain in Mahogany.
This lil guy had been painted brown and was a little beat up.
The seat was broken front to back all the way through, but had been stabilized on the bottom side.
After sanding and wood conditioner. Later I filled in the crack of the seat.
Stained also with Minwax gel stain in Mahogany.
Finished with these two!

I love chairs I am a chair junkie, Little school ones to larger ones I like to decorate with them I love making tea time settings with my old dolls or newly bought ones... so cute, Maybe because I never had any girls only Five Boys lol
