How were you able to hang things from the neighbor's upstairs deck? And also the curtains? I would LOVE to do something like this, but I feel like my association and property management company would complain about it. I feel like there's a lot of safety/red tape to go through on that front. Any info on how you were able to deal with that, is appreciated! Thanks!
