Custom job for a customer - who was torn between getting rid of her antique dining room set ( inherited from a beloved Aunt - or changing the look of it entirely )
Her kids did not want it - and she couldn't bear to sell it - so she hired me.
Her kids have since changed their minds - and are arguing with her about who she she give it to - she says it's not going anywhere now LOL

Pat tampke on Jan 04, 2015Do you know if there is a metallic chalk paint. I have this buffet and would love to paint it a metallic pewter color. I've never used chalk paint before.

Teri Tripp-Lanciault on Jan 05, 2015This turned out beautifully....I have an old sideboard that I would love to paint with chalk paint. The doors on my piece have veneer (with a few chips, I think) but the top and legs are solid wood. Prime first? Sand? How many coats might it need....then what, seal it? Wax it? Is there a tutorial on what and how to do this. I LOVE your piece!!
