Wow, I am not sure. I have a tray on my despenser as well and try to lean it often. Have you tried Lime away or CLR. I have not had that problem with mine. Let me know. Bev

That same thing is happening to me. Bleach didn't work. Soaking in hot water, peroxide didn't work. It looks bad. If someone know how to get rid of this, please let us know!!
