The Rachael Ray Show Features Paint-A-Pillow

2 Materials
We are simply ecstatic to announce that we spotted our sister company, Paint-A-Pillow, on the Rachael Ray Show on Wednesday morning. It seems that even the talented, Rachael Ray, has concluded there is no better way to customize a space than with one of our stencil designs. We can hardly contain our enthusiasm for this lates small screen stint using our Damask stencil patterns. Let's take a look and rehash all of the juicy details of this pillow stencil sighting.
In the Lifestyle Segment that featured on the Wednesday morning the show said, "A product that curls your hair sans heat, a throw pillow you decorate yourself, and a device that shampoos and rinses your dog at the same time? Must-have or too-good-to-be-true? We put them to the test using both amateur and pro guinea pigs – so you don’t have to." And that's exactly what they did!
The Rachael Ray show selected an amateur and a home decor/DIY expert to test out the accent pillow kits. Tammy, the amateur, admits that she loves throw pillows but she has a really hard time finding pillows that she likes that are affordable. Brit Morin is the home decor and DIY expert asked to participate in this human lab challenge.
They each received a Gabrielle Damask Accent Pillow Stencil Kit. After setting up their kits, they started stenciling! First they stirred the paint and then they poured it into the foam tray.
Then they both used a dense foam roller to paint the damask stencil pattern onto the pillow cover. A stencil brush was used to paint the edges.
They they each unclasped the stencil and lifted it away from the pillow cover to reveal the pretty pattern.
The pillow cover was unzipped and the pillow insert was placed inside.
Tammy commented, " I thought the Paint-A-Pillow was easy to use." Brit shared, "I really like it! The pillow is really soft and the canvas is really nice. I definitely would recommend this for someone."
Tammy and Brit shared their fabulous results on the show. We think their stenciled accent pillows turned out gorgeous!
