IKEA "Hemnes" entertainment center
This Hemnes entertainment center was a resent install. The picture, taken with my iPhone, make the unit look uneven. I promise they are perfectly matched up. I used a level, as always, and the bubble is dead center. All 4 pieces took approximately 3.5 hours with two people.
Setting up to do the build. We always protect the floors with moving blankets.
So many little pieces. IKEA really has the flat pack concept down.
IKEA Hemnes Wall units are built and set in place.
IKEA Hemnes bridge actually hangs from the side units and bolts in place from the top utilizing overlapping brackets. I promise it is all level. The iPhone camera is playing a trick on the left cabinet. Now for the large flat screen TV and some good football.

Yes - Ikea really has it together with the furniture pieces they offer!! I've bought quite a few over many years & I can't say I've EVER had a problem. They hold up very well, but I do not advise hitting the vacuum cleaner into anything on a continual basis!!
