I have had professional people check my attic, I have a draft. Although I have a cathedral ceiling with 3 skylights it is a very small livingroom. They said I have enough,,, I doubt that, but I am no expert. When I sit in my livingroom I can feel the sir coming from the top of the room coming down. Any suggestions?

Hi, Kathleen. It sounds like your attic is lacking proper air sealing -- which is a very important step -- even if you have enough insulation. Unfortunately, a step that is often overlooked by insulation contractors. I'd suggest you get a home energy evaluation with a blower door test, or a complete home energy audit if youc an afford.
